We absolutely love coming here to Merrybent Hill to visit friends Bob and Helen.

It's become a bit of tradition to come and celebrate Will's birthday - which is tomorrow - in this beautiful part of Lancashire overlooking Pendle Hill.  The iconic view from the front of the house is in extras - but you can see for miles in every direction.  This is looking the other way to Catlow Farm, nestling beneath the fell called Bowland Knotts.

The skies are huge - it really is a little bit of paradise . . . . .
