Today's the day …………………….. to leave

Remember the blip I did of the artichoke a few weeks ago?  Well, it continued to do well and would have been ready for picking a few days later.  But when it comes to it, I always feel the same way.

Why would you pick it when eventually you know it will flower - and it will look like this ……………………?
