Gears

It isn't necessarily easy to change gears from holiday neutral straight back into working day third gear. My energy and motivation levels were up and down like a yo-yo today and I must hold my hand up and admit that I needed several helpings of the hard stuff to get me through till 6.20 and going home time.
Too much blood in my caffeine stream!
