Cancellation
One of today’s tasks was to cancel a mobile broadband contract with Three, relating-to a ten year old iPad, which I haven’t used for a long time. It took me 2.5 hours, involving four phone calls and a visit to the local Three shop. The woman in the shop was very helpful and patient. However, the company has ridiculous, Kafkaesque procedures and a tiresome, unresponsive and inflexible “support centre.”
