These boots were made for walking
A wet night in Edinburgh - we delayed our journey home by driving up to Granton as I wanted to visit Go Outdoors to buy a pair of walking shoes.
We stopped briefly for lunch at The Toilet, in Strathyre. OK, that's not its real name, which is The Broch, but we call it that in reference to its former use! I'm sure it's not an uncommon change of use - the ice cream shop in Tobermory was once a public toilet!
Back to a damp Argyll - glad that we had a dry and sunny day in the capital yesterday. We detoured along Glen Lonan to pick some runner beans from the polytunnel and saw a group of ponies on a hilltop, which I've put on as an extra.
