Chicks galore...

up on the moor. This is a young Stonechat and it was with its many siblings. Higher up , the Golden Plover appeared (extra) and  I could hear and then see its chick, much further away.
On the remote lochan there was a family of Little Grebe. Apart from the kerfuffle when I disturbed them hiding under the bank, it was totally silent up here! Lovely!
