Shallow forest tour

Yesterdays super heavy wind had taken the most of the snow from the top routes and during the first decent we found mostly icy crust and wind packed snow pockets. So because the avy danger we decided to celebrate the last night 15-20cm snowfall with several tours at the forest behind the Jackson.

Not so many people go that way as it takes some time to travel back to the resort area, so we found real nice lines from the untracked powder. Here Mr.A is going for the spotted line between the big trees.

The evening we had a huge party with the friends. Went to the pub and also the fireworks etc. We planned to take it easy as the plan was still to ski new years day but.. :)
