Comfort Food

I woke up this morning with a very sore throat. It has been coming on for a few days now and I decided to just give in and go to the doctor. I was diagnosed with a severe throat infection and booked off sick for the next 2 days. The doctor knows me quite well and gave me a stern warning not to go home and tinker in the garage.

So I came home, had a 3 hour sleep, and woke up with a chicken soup craving. Comfort food. I toddled off to the shops and bought this selection with tomato thrown in just in case Jo wants soup tonight. I also got some videos: Hellboy the Golden Army, Indiana Jones, Batman and The Happening. I have already watched Hellboy.

The soup was a bit bland. Probably because my taste buds are coated in throat gunk.

I chose the Chicken and Vegetable. The tin is actually empty in the shot.
