Iran, Cradle of Civilisation

Today we went to an excellent exhibition at the Alicante Archaeological Museum

Iran, Cradle of Civilisation has been showing since March, and is a result of close collaboration with The National Museum of Iran, Alicante University and Spanish government agencies.

As always when attending such an exhibition, selecting the one photo of the day....is a challenge!
My Blip is a Golden Rhyton from 500BC.....this is an ornate Iranian cone drinking Vessel.... very special.
