Deer

Today we went to Lake Erie Metropark. The name should say what it is.

Jill's parents sat in the shade while Jill and I went for a walk on a trail. It rained recently, and the lake had been high, so some trails were flooded. We weren't able to complete the loop.

We saw this deer on the walk back to the parking lot. It's a baby. It and another deer ran from next to the trail. The other one kept running, but this one stopped and posed.

This evening Jill and I went to her friend Aimee's house. It was nice meeting her best friend. Aimee had a baby on Christmas Day, so I got to meet the new human too.
