Zakynthos Town And Mandraki Beach

Today we drove into Zakynthos Town to walk around the square and shops and have some very nice ice cream. It was even hotter there than up in the hills where we’re staying.
After doing a food shop in the supermarket we came back and headed down to our local beach for swimming and saw some amazing blue and green fish under the water. Then we had drinks, snacks and cards at the taverna overlooking the sea.
In the evening Mr M cooked us another lovely meal which we ate on the candlelit veranda before playing some games with our hosts. Another lovely day.
