Back blipped on Thursday morning (no connectivity yesterday)

Woke in Ullapool to torrential rain and was very glad to be dry and cosy in the caravan until I opened the roof shutter and realised the vent was open!

Rain stopped quickly and it became a beautiful morning. Was mildly surprised to see a cruise ship on Loch Broom when I went outside (see extra) but apparently quite a common sight.

Packed up and headed to Ardnamurchan via a pit stop in Fort William. Managed the timing for the Corran Ferry perfectly (forgot to blip) and we arrived around 4pm which gave us just enough time to get set up and the awning erected - with the help of long storm pegs from the campsite as ours wouldn’t go into the hard ground - before heading to Salen to meet our friends for dinner in the Salen hotel. Took the photo outside just after 10pm.

Off to Tobermory on Thursday.
