Early trip into Grange for errands.  Home and coffee with RB, my former neighbour.  Good to catch up with her.

FaceTime with No 2 son - a lot going on for him at the moment - and I hope it helped.

A walk into Grange this afternoon to collect a library book I had requested.  Good for the step count but very hot.  Not a good look.
