Kevin et son fils

My cousin Kevin (yes, like the song) is on back shift this week so we went to visit him and his son this morning.  I hadn't met Owen before, and of course he is lovely but a little shy at first.  Picture is of their house, which is very nice in the modern French style.  Presents went down very well.

Afterwards, we went for a very warm wander around nearby Vannes and for some gallette and crepe.  Cooler by evening but upper 30's during the day which is too hot for me.  My French is feeling a little less rusty just in time for going home.  Big news of course is that F gets her keys to her first flat tomorrow.  Pleased for her.  Sure I can find a flat warming present in one of the local chi-chi shops.
