Striding out for the finish

A trip to Hebden Bridge for an urban Orienteering event. There were some tricky route choices this being one of them. This runner had just visited the last control and was heading for a gate into the park where the finish was located. The hills were a challenge as were numerous steps and cobbles.

The extra shows our colourful first control. Although an urban event it was the last opportunity to stretch our legs until we travel to Crieff for the Scottish 6days at the end of next week. Steeling myself for some tough forests but looking forward to catching up with friends.
