BBQ

The day started with heavy rain and a thunderstorm. It was not a good omen for the evening’s intended activity, a friends’ barbecue about two hours drive away. Then the sun came out, a planned twin test car photo shoot in Essex during the afternoon went well, and the weather was set fair for the barbecue.
This was just before midnight, when the last of us were still enjoying an evening of good food, camaraderie and chat. I was home by 3 am, ready for a lovely Sunday lie-in!
