Gardening essentials.

Wheelbarrow, Spade and fork, cup of tea and a faithful hound. Not my faithful hound but she spent quite a bit of the day sitting with me which was nice.

A large part of the day was weeding a large border so that I could plant some very overdue cosmos which the customer usually does but had not found the time to do this year.

When I got home I put a post box on the wall by the front door so that I could finally get rid of the old fertiliser bucket which had been where my mail was delivered. I also swore at the bird or mouse that had pulled out the Corsican Mint I'd planted in a crack in the step!!

At the night shelter tonight which has been very peaceful so far.
