Where to model a bridal dress

So there I am, sitting in the reception area of the offices of a client I am meeting, when the guy behind the reception desk says “Bloody Hell!”
 
I look round and there in the small lane by the side of the building leading up to St Dunstan in the East Church Garden is this model in what I am assuming is some sort of bridal dress.
 
I wonder if the guy sitting on the bench above the lane in the garden had any idea as to what was going on below him!
