Pussies Galore

Anyone who knows me knows I'm not a cat person. Give me a choice between a cat and a dog and I'll take the dog, any day. But there is something different about Greek cats; they don't treat you with disdain like British ones, they treat you more like a friend and an equal. Especially if you feed them. A couple of days before we arrived a local cat had these five kittens. A couple who were already here looked after mum and after they left they bequeathed us a bag of cat food so we've looked after her this week. She's eaten well and in turn the kittens have fed well from her. They've certainly grown in the last couple of weeks and look very healthy.
