Under the weather.

As soon as I had finished my breakfast I had a migraine, again. I took my Migraleve tablets  and went back to bed for about half an hour, by which time it had passed I texted Des to say I wasn't going to the gym, and spent the morning taking things easy. J went off on the motorbike , and  I sat out the garden feeling sorry for myself. I had no idea what I was going to blip and luckily Mrs Blackbird flew onto the lawn looking for her daily diet of worms. When J got home, he was suffering with hay fever, so he had to take one of his tablets.We are a  right pair today. I have just had a phone call from Des, telling me all about this mornings goings on at the gym. I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow as it is St Swithin's day.
