Looking sheepish.

Went out for a drive up The Bwlch this morning, and stopped at the top,and like the last time we were up there, the weather wasn't the best, in fact it started to rain. We drove back down the valley & stopped for a coffee at the Miners Museum ( Afan Argoed). It is also a mecca for mountain bikers and there were hundreds of them there today. As we were walking up to the cafe we saw a young man sitting on a bench with his face covered in blood. He had obviously fallen off his mountain bike, and was waiting for an ambulance.  He looked like someone out of a horror movie .The ambulance arrived just as we were leaving, which was a wait of at least three quarters of an hour. I hope he will be alright, although it probably looked worse that it actually was, at least I hope so.
