Mild mid-July

My friend and I took the Jack Russells Tilly and Tango for a walk this afternoon. We were both weary from our mornings exercise but the dogs never seem to tire.

It's unusually mild for the middle of winter. I was in shorts as we walked, admittedly I needed a solid jacket on my top half.

Looking inland to the mountains it's stormy and definitely not the place to be.

Today's gratitude: For living where I can easily access the countryside.
