A Bird’s Got To Eat

Dear Diary,

It is raining this morning, a good day to head home to Maine. These little birds were not going to let a little rain interrupt their breakfast. John was feeding the squirrels and chipmunks while I was away so they’ll be happy.

Speaking of happy, I had my first plant-based hamburger last night and it was delicious! I hope I can get them in Maine. My second extra is the frozen in death dragon fly Karen found in the driveway yesterday. He is coming home with me to Maine!
