Sunday's Farewell

We've had a rain-filled morning and a very cold afternoon. Even though it is not visible, I can assure you that there is a light dusting of snow in the foothills, which is rare. Snow just does NOT visit our geography.

Then the clouds turned pink and gave us a spectacular show as the sun made its exit on this next to the last day of this year. We've spent the evening near the warmth of our fireplace. "Cold" is the prediction for the weather the next few days or maybe I should use the world "forecast."
