Le Grand Tour de Bretagne - Jour 2
Dinan, Brittany
An overnight sailing brought us to St Malo, and a cloudy start to a sunny day that warmed up to 24 degrees.
First stop of the day: Pointe du Grouin for a walk out to the rock headland, with views up and down the coast
Second stop of the day: the small fishing port of Cancale, famous for its oysters, where by chance we came upon a huge market. Cheese galettes for lunch!
Third stop of the day: the lovely medieval town of Dinan, where we camped for the night on the river in an Aire, below the viaduct. Have visited Dinan many times before, but I never tire of wandering the picturesque cobbled lanes, and sipping a glass of rosé in the sun...
(Second backblip, really struggling with WiFi. Hope to add collage extras, when poor WiFi allows. Thank you for all your recent kind stars, hearts and comments. Sorry not to be able to reply...)
