Annual Service!

If I told you I'd spent the day in my PJ's until 2:30PM, you'd think "Lazy cow!" wouldn't you? Well don't be so quick to assume!

I put on PJ trousers and a T-shirt too scruffy to be seen out in when I got up, fully intending to do a YouTube workout. But then I realised how much I had to do in quite a short time to be ready for the visit of the Boiler-Man today, so I cracked straight on with it while my daily meds absorbed.

That left time to have breakfast and get dressed before he was due, or so I thought, but he arrived early, and before I'd finished my coffee. He didn't seem at all perturbed by my attire, and it had actually slipped my mind that I was wearing PJ's! When I realised and mentioned it, he said he does most of his work around this area and was used to it! I've lived round here long enough now to have gone native I suppose!

I took a shot of him servicing the boiler. The inner workings of this boiler are very different from our previous one - clean, streamlined and elegant! Just like me in my PJ's and training shirt!

Anyway, once he'd done the boiler service and drained a radiator in preparation for being removed when the damp coursing is done I decided that whilst everything in the kitchen was displaced it was a good time to stick a YouTube heavy metal playlist on, and get to work on cleaning the kitchen. This took well over two hours!

After all that I was famished and tired, so I made some lunch for Zeph and I and got a bit of post ready for sending. I did get round to putting proper clothes on before going out to send it!!
