Sunset walk

I tend to leave my walk till late in the afternoon, which has the added benefit of seeing the sunset.
My 30 minute rehab walks are getting easier and my pace is slowly increasing which is good to see.
Some comments by the staff at the specialists’ rooms yesterday put things into perspective with them expecting me to feel better than before surgery. Something to look forward to !
