Jerez Spain to Odeceixe Portugal via Seville

Sad to leave the bustling , vibrant town of Jerez, but as we were going to a little piece of paradise in the west coast of Portugal for our third visit that helped the goodbye. Our taxi was booked for 1230, so we wandered into the old town for breakfast sitting outside overlooking the square where the market was in full flow. Such variety of home grown fruit and vegetables selling cheaply. No wonder the food is so delicious and healthy

We walked around and came to Plaza Los Angusdias (here) that we hadn’t walked to before so sat and relaxed and watched the world go by for 10 minutes.

Time to go and taxi to the station to get the train to Seville to pick up our hire car from the train station. Unfortunately when driving out of Seville we hit siesta home time 2pm and the traffic was horrendous. Took a bit extra to get to Odeceixe and to the Monte do Cardal, but all the travelling stiffness evaporated when we arrived.

So peaceful, so beautiful and we are here for three nights. Bliss.
