Friday

I felt quite good this morning, so only took a few hours to get showered and dressed. 
Decided to go to Figgate Park for a wander . The pond didn't disappoint. Sat and watched Swans, cygnets, and ducks do their thing. I then noticed a Heron in the trees high up.  Kept an eye on it and it eventually flew off. Walked round to another area and sat and watched the world go by.

Came home and had a rest; text Kelly to see if she was around to go and see the boys. Popped in for an hour. Phew, they are boisterous! But I got lovely cuddles from Lewis and smiles and babbles  from Harris. 

Since being home the anxiety has risen , my chest is thumping and I am in so much pain.
