Thursday

I popped into see L and H after a hard day at work. They were all in the garden, L naked sitting in a box! and H in his chair, swinging away.
I can't bond with H, I feel nothing. The house has also turned manic and loud and fast moving. I can't cope with it. I lasted 1/2hr today before having to leave.

Little sleep last night, feeling low, no energy.
