OK, not quite. My heart wanted to and I did set off with that objective but I didn't get far before I realised five hours on a bike wouldn't be much fun and, in fact, seven miles this morning felt like the longest ride ever with a dull ache in my shoulder.  I'm sure it's an improvement on yesterday and I have booked in physio for next week just in case.

Loved this patch of wildflowers outside a housing estate. This was the only pink poppy in the patch.
