Change

I fell in love today. I met the most beautiful man and I do t mean physically. We had a motivational speaker come in and do an hour and my word he was good. I got 110% swept up in what he said and it’s exactly right. He has had some terrible things happen to him and has clearly changed his life to reflect this. He was so kind to the children and at one point on impulse hugged a young one and kissed the top of her head out of sheer kindness. He was determined. Made me realise I really should be running more. He runs for miles to keep himself fit. He challenges himself and releases his Adrenalin to remind himself he is alive.
I learnt a lot and I have a lot of changes to make .......
His tattoo said.......do t be afraid to die....be afraid to not live life to the full. Inspirational man.
