Insurance

My elderly aunt had a leak. Turns out her pipes are old and lead. So more to come probably. The fabulous insurance company won’t give her the money back she paid to the plumber.....£500 or fix the hole in her wall. They will do everything there after but this doesn’t class as the water damage which I get but seriously......when something goes wrong you want it fixed from that minute it goes wrong.
She is 81 and incredibly stressed out right now.
