A 3 hour lie in this morning was perfect ready for a working from home day. Had another physio session (and more needles stuck in my backside). Slowly improving and I’m now allowed to walk/run for 30 seconds on/off for 10 minutes x3 per week - it’s not much but it’s a start I guess.
Off to bed early as I’ve got 6 hours of driving ahead of me tomorrow - eek!
