Ducklings on the Canal

A quiet day today after the weekend's exertions. A day off work. I have a nice quiet morning, apart from dealing with the washing, doing a bit of bike maintenance.

In the afternoon I walk down to the canal. I take a few photos from Braidburn Valley. I visit some of the charity shops in Morningside.

From Holy Corner, I walk down to the canal at Harrison Road. I follow the path on to town. On the way two schoolgirls were filming something on the water, and I notice the ducklings. Luckily my camera has a zoom lens, and I manage to get this shot of ducklings without getting in the way of their video.

I then head to Tollcross for coffee and a snack, before heading home.
