Sydlings Copse

Fantastic day at BBOWT's Sydlings Copse Reserve - less than a couple miles from the front door - but felt like a different country (or maybe a different time) today.  Meadow thick with wild flowers, and huge numbers of butterflies and numerous other insects. I choose the main picture to give a sense of how much was going on - a few other favourites from the day are in the extras.

A splendid way to round off this years "30 Days Wild" project.
