Mabel

Today the TAs finally got told where they will be next year and I was delighted to hear that I will be working with B again, although slightly scary to be returning to reception.

B had taken this week off (unpaid and covered by returning maternity leave staff) to welcome home her new puppy Mabel and today I got the pleasure of going over and meeting her. B herself has struggled a little with her health this year and come September will be reducing her working week in half and this last couple of weeks she has been unwell and she was still croaky when I went over but said she felt better.

Mabel is gorgeous, playing with my bag when I first arrived but then crashing out just as quickly. I did pick her up for a cuddle and she was zonked out, all floppy and snuffling in her sleep. Will look forward to some dog walks with Ruby when she is a bit bigger.
