Look what I found on my raspberry bushes today
My blackcurrants are almost ready to pick, but this was the first rasp I've seen and very delicious it was too!
My visit to the dentist went well this morning, low cost visit and no treatment required. Nice to have my regular dentist back from maternity leave again.
Back home I did some more little garden jobs, filled all the bird feeders, dead headed some more roses, checked out the sun lounger - it's much more comfortable with an extra mattress on it!
Went along to the Rectory to hang some net curtains and check out the phone which now sounds like it is ringing.... but doesn't. Another phone call to Virgin.
After dinner, I picked up K from the Sick Kids ball and ran her to the station, they're off to France tomorrow on holiday and the others all went to Manchester by car earlier, she followed on after the ball. I then went and picked A and Marvin up from a friend's and ran them home. At least they are staying with us so that was easy. Mums taxi is still in demand well into my 4th decade!!!
