A little light refreshment

I took mum to Glenridding today specifically for a belated mothers day afternoon tea at The Inn on the Lake. We went early for a potter round Glenridding and the Ullswater steamers pier. The weather has been perfect today, there were people swimming, sailing and sunbathing! I wished I brought my swimming costume but I might have sunk after eating all those  sandwiches and cake!
