Blue skies

Quite a lazy start to the day, it was blowing a hooley so we thought it may well end up being a PJ day. BUT before cabin fever set in we escaped as the rain slowed and headed out onto Fistral to Pentire to a lovely pub overlooking Fistral. The walk goes past Fat Face where I treated myself to a few essential pieces.

The views are amazing from the pub we went to, and the storm clouds far out to sea were mesmerising. The sun kept breaking through and it was a lovely walk back - see how blue the sky is and the sun lighting up Casper on the beach.

Lunch was delicious - linguini chilli prawns for me and Moules for Si - I keep burping garlic which sounds hideous but tastes lovely :)

The boys are back at the cottage and us girls are in the hotel bar drinking wine and having a catch up.
