Lower Slaughter

Rain, rain and yet more rain. All my photos today were taken under an umbrella.

Despite poor weather we're still enjoying a relaxing break in the Cotswolds. Visited Bourton on the Water, Moreton in the Marsh, and both 'Slaughters' today.

This the picturesque old mill at Lower Slaughter where the heavy old wooden wheel was slowly slowly turning. Must return in the summer though as it would have been lovely to sit outside in the sun (what's that?!).

Am feeling excited as my husband is taking me to a secret dinner destination tonight. All I know is that it is somewhere near Cheltenham.
