Sticky Tuesday

... follows Muggy Monday. Lost the afternoon to a migraine, for which I blame the muggy weather. However, by evening I was ready for a hot but refreshing walk. Shall give table tennis a miss tonight, though. It's still very close and my eyes ache.

Saw only my third butterfly of the year - a gatekeeper, but lots of tiny moths, and much bee activity. Bird's Eye Trefoil seems to have come into flower almost overnight, while vetch and - my blip - red campion and pennywort continue to brighten the hedgerows, with tiny six-legged visitors a-plenty.
