My afternoon with Jeanie was as always now a little bit up and down with her but she actually smiled outside in the sunshine, which is such a little thing, but was magical to capture. She had not eaten any lunch but later she ate a little slice of cake and I left her eating a very ripe sliced up banana , (and a tiny bag of choc buttons). I took in a bag of various newspapers to share amongst the other residents, a few Metro’s, a few free local ones,a couple of Waitrose ones, and a few that were left on the train. With Ascot week there were lots left o the train, as well as lots of empty champers bottles.
