The penstemons are doing well this year.
At work lots of people were away so I was on my own for most of my time, therefore after lunch I fell asleep.
I made a vegetable tart with lots of roasted veggies and then we had chip shop chips with it as Selena really wanted them, but as usual, there were way too many so there is enough to oven bake to go with tomorrow’s dinner as well.
