Heron

This time I caught one catching a rodent of some sorts. I'm not sure if that is it's tail or the herons tongue that is hanging out of it's mouth. That may also be the reason why it's neck looks strange because it's inside it's throat.

The Mystery of Bridge 171 has been solved. (if interested).

It appears that Bridge 170A is actually Bridge 171 (see extras). The details on the Canal Planner show it as listed as both. It does seem that it has been listed incorrectly as that would mean that Bridge 170B  would be between Bridges 171 and 172.

The Canal Planner is widely used by canal folk as it shows where all the facilities are along the canals. I wish they had an app.
