Bridge

Bridge 172 Grand Union Canal.

This is the next bridge along in the series and the next one on from Bridge 170B heading south out of Watford through Rickmansworth and towards Uxbridge and London.

Bridge 171 does not exist. I can find no trace of it anywhere. 

This bridge is at the Batchworth Lock Canal Centre which is where the the offices of the local Canal & River Trust are. You can volunteer to help from this office as well. They also have a cafe on site and a pub and this is also where the canal cruises leave from. It is also next door to Rickmansworth Aquadrome.

(In extras are one from the other side of the bridge and one of a notice outside the Trust offices).
