Feeling fishy

Today at Campfire Cooking was the day that I've been waiting for. The boys (and me!) learnt how to gut and prepare a fish before cooking them over coals. I was really pleasantly surprised at how keen the lads were to have a go (only one declined to gut the fish). They all tucked in. So great to see these young people get stuck in and having a go at things they've never done before. I'm also very please to have picked up a new skill.
