Out on a limb in the garden

Firstly, Dr D spotted a couple of the garden lights , (which are sunken into the lawn) were not functioning and one in particular proved mightily stubborn when both he and the neighbour combined leaned into an exercise to unscrew the fitting. Dean then made up one gadget to overcome the difficulty ,which failed , then here we have model II which he imagined and made this morning.Success! The frame mobilises the light fitting and the gadget with the handle allowed sufficient strength to "unwillingly" unscrew the glass top of the fitting from its base. Now it just needs  a new bulb.
The other images out on limbs in the garden are the last of the cherry tree leaves, a betula utilis jacquemontii seed head and one of our tree dahlias( about 10-12 feet high.
