That Wānaka Tree

Only 3 tourists at the Wanaka tree this morning. The ducks were all lined up ,so I couldn’t resist taking a photo of “that Wānaka tree”! Locals refer to it as “that tree” as so many tourists come and take photos of it, it must be the most photographed tree in the area! We can remember when the tree was part of a fence, this particular post sprouted over the years!

It was the biggest frost of the season for us this morning. This icy curtain (extra) was on the outside of the bedroom window....fortunately, we were warm inside.
