Fragrant Orchid

We had a walk on Scout Scar this afternoon looking for orchids. We were disappointed not to see Frog Orchid as it can be present in large numbers and wonder if the drought last summer has affected this year’s crop. No sign of the Fly Orchids either.
There were reasonable numbers of Lesser Butterfly Orchid and the Fragrant were just opening.
It’s looking great up there though with Lotus and Fillipendula everywhere.
